Recruitment & Retention

Recruiting and retaining high quality employees is important for any business. In a recent LMI survey delivered by the Farm and Workforce Development team, the majority of farms indicated recruitment is an issue in their business. To help you find local labour, we developed the nsagjobs.ca Job Bank. Employers can create an account and post vacant positions to the Job Bank. The Job Bank receives hundred of views each month and has helped connect employers to local job seekers.
